STOREHOUSE MINISTRY (Matt:25v32-46)
Aim: Extending God’s love to those in need, encouraging all that God loves them, excluding no-one, practically and Spiritually sowing into peoples lives

The Lord birthed this ministry right back in 1998 but 2002 was the first step in seeingthe fruition of the vision to reach our community in a practical way and to show the love of Jesus. So at Christmas 2002 we started to reach out to those we felt were deserving of some help within the church family.

We seek to reach into the Community all the year round when need arises. Hampers are given to those in greatest need, we would help in very practical ways, those who have family crisis ie we have helped in furnishing a house where there was nothing only a shell, helping to furnish a house after a fire which left the occupant with nothing.

Christmas is a particularly busy time reaching out to families who have little to support their family, through hampers and gift’s. This year over 230 hampers and gifts have been given out and prayed over. Glory to God

We have forged a link with the Women’s prison and have sent in gifts to all the women prisoners and the prison officers for mothers day and again at Christmas. Some of the prisoners are making contact for which we give God all the glory. We always put a little card in with the items just to offer any spiritual help we can and to let them know that God loves and cares for them when they feel no-one does.

The church, the business community and others have helped us with produce, gifts of finance and prayer which is is constantly vital in all that we do.

We have a great God who does great things and we are praying that God will continue to let this ministry go and guide us always in the right way. The team that work along with me are amazingly gifted, enth
